The Scientific Archivists Group Bi-Annual Journal
Sagacity is the bi-annual publication of the Scientific Archivists Group, providing informative articles and features on topical archiving and records management subjects. The publication aims to keep members abreast of development within the industry. The publication also carries papers, presentations and lectures from the group's bi-annual conferences. Sagacity is distributed to current Scientific Archivists Group members.
As well as the usual updates relating to the group's activities that appear in every edition, the June 2008 issue of Sagacity includes articles on ;
- Electronic Submissions, the eCTD and Records Management
- Archiving Chemicals
- The 2008 GLP Consultative Committee
- A guide on how not to archive
There are also results of an informal survey conducted at the Spring conference around the Top Ten Security Threats.
In the continuing series of education related topics, there is an interesting article with help and advice for all members who are contemplating entering into the realms of further education.
